VetCentric, a veterinary pharmacy, needed a more efficient way to remind pet owners about refilling their pet's medication. Frustrated by a time-consuming manual process, VetCentric instituted a digital printing solution with highly personalized direct marketing postcards. With the use of postcard templates and a high level of automation labor has been reduced from 8-10 hours to 15 minutes a week.
