Companies were expected to spend an estimated $1.4B USD on disclosure management in 2022. That number is projected to grow to $4.5B USD by 2030. In 2024 there have already been nearly 300 complaints to the CFPB about “confusing or missing disclosures”. These complaints not only impact a business financially, but also lower its credibility, client satisfaction, and employee morale.
What if there were a way to prevent most disclosure issues from occurring in the first place, and to enable rapid, accurate response to regulatory inquiries when something does go wrong?
Join our experts Hayat Yahia, Principal Product Manager, and Carolyn Valiquette, Principal Product Manager, for an hour as they discuss how they helped a Top 4 Bank shift their thinking about Disclosure Management and change their practices. In the end, this resulted in better services, decreased confusion, and an improved customer understanding of disclosures, as well as higher customer satisfaction.
